Mid-Week Summer Yoga Retreat - Galilee Centre, Arnprior
Treat yourself this summer to a yoga retreat filled with sand, sun and surrender. Featuring multiple yoga & meditation classes each day, including morning sunrise classes on the beach! Optional wellness talks and ample free time allow for meditative walks in the old growth forest or along the waterfront trail, swim or paddle (bring your own SUP/kayak/canoe) on the Ottawa river, or bring a journal or book and settle into some downtime on the private beach. Make this retreat what you need this summer!
Registrants will be contacted by early-June with agenda and specific arrival and departure times. (Typical arrival is around 2pm and departure around noon but registrants are welcome to extend their stay on the beach longer!)

Your investment of $550* includes all classes/sessions, all meals (homemade, gluten free and nutritiously delicious!), coffee/tea bar and 2 nights single room accommodation.
*$240 of this retreat fee may be claimed under extended health coverage where applicable, a $50 deposit at time of booking will hold your spot and is not refundable should you cancel within 2 weeks of the retreat.
