Patients who consistently book and attend follow-up appointments with Dana at intervals of 6 weeks or less will automatically receive the Continuity of Care Rate of $76.28 (HST included).
When clinically appropriate, your treatment may also include supportive modalities such as Dolphin MPS, PEMF, or Shockwave Therapy at no additional charge.
