Your First Appointment - Please arrive about 10 minutes early, or complete your intake forms online before you arrive.
What to Bring - If available, please bring any referral forms, previous assessment reports, relevant medical information, or school/daycare reports. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything, we’ll guide you through the process.
Virtual Appointments - You’ll receive a secure appointment link by email about 30 minutes before your appointment.

What Makes Allied Therapy Different Our compassionate, experienced therapists believe great therapy is built on collaboration. We encourage questions, explain each step of the process, and work alongside you so you feel informed and supported.
ADHD Groups for Adults We offer ongoing ADHD groups focused on executive functioning, organization, emotional regulation, burnout prevention, and peer support. An initial appointment with one of our therapists is required before joining.
