Six Wednesdays - starting Wednesday, August 19th from 5pm-6pm and running until Wednesday, September 23rd.
**Sliding scale $35-55 per session in series.
Rachel is a somatic counsellor who leads inclusive, creative, and evidence-based group therapy, specializing in eating disorders, body image, and related challenges.
This is an online therapeutic group for individuals who want to break free of the rules imposed on them by disordered eating and eating disorders. This counselling group offers a space to explore your relationship with food, body image, and self-worth in the company of people who have similar struggles.
An eating disorder diagnosis is not required to attend this therapy group.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
