If you miss your free telephone consultation and wish to reschedule another one, there is a $45 CAD nonrefundable fee. However, if you schedule an appointment, the $45 will be applied as a credit toward your first session.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
