At your initial appointment, a comprehensive evaluation will be done on your jaw (TMJ), neck, shoulder girdle, and thoracic spine in order to determine if one or a combination of these structures are causing your symptoms.
After this, your physiotherapist will create a treatment plan based on the nature of your symptoms and your specific needs. This may consist of any combination of methods and modalities, including jaw exercises, soft tissue massage, joint mobilization or myofascial techniques. *Please book with Andrew or Tanya*
