Please do not book this unless you have already completed the 90 minute Initial Assessment and Treatment - Facial Acupuncture or 60 minute Initial Assessment and Treatment Acupuncture. This treatment begins with body acupuncture points selected according to your TCM diagnosis followed by facial cupping and guasha. Afterwards we perform more specific needling of the face and neck with the goal of naturally reducing the signs of aging and to aid in promoting skin health. This treatment includes the use of the Celluma LED Light Therapy that supports healing, boosts collagen + elastin production, fights acne causing bacteria, reduces redness & inflammation and improves skin radiance!. Because most acu-points are accessed from the elbow to fingers, and knees to toes, for most appointments, you will be able to remain fully clothed if you opt to wear comfortable clothing that permits access to these areas. We also suggest that you bring a pair of shorts and t-shirt in case. ***Please note that insurance/benefits will only recognise the portion billed under acupuncture if you have acupuncture coverage performed by a RAc. for up to $110.00. The remaining balance of $65 is not covered by insurance as it is considered a cosmetic service.
