We are excited to announce that Bethany will be offering craniosacral therapy at the clinic starting in September. This gentle effective manual therapy can help with headaches, migraines, whiplash, post-concussion syndrome, stress, nervous system dysregulation, and overall wellbeing. Craniosacral with Bethany is billable under RMT.
Fee update for counselling:
Please be aware our counselling fees are increasing as of September 1, 2026. The new counselling fee will be $160 for 60 minutes. We appreciate your support!

Please arrive only at the time of your appointment and do not come early . Our space is small and gets crowded easily. Arriving at your appointment time gives us adequate time to tidy up between clients and avoids crowding in our waiting area. Thank you!
Appointments with Jarris:
Jarris’s practice is focused on specific treatment goals and outcomes, such as injury rehabilitation and recovery, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, etc. If you are looking for a general massage treatment, stress-relief or relaxation, please book with another RMT.

You can expect a comprehensive assessment and treatment of the structures of the body that are at the root of the dysfunction; thus, each treatment is holistic and the areas of the body treated most often encompass far more than the areas of concern
