Heather is highly intuitive and will assist you in finding deeper understanding of the patterns and behaviours that keep you feeling a sense of emptiness or the inability to move forward in a more purposeful, embodied, authentic way. She will help you reframe life's challenges into growth opportunities. Heather's hands-on energy medicine will help with nervous system regulation and emotional processing. The energy healing allows you to connect with your own innate wisdom, unconditional love and healing. The session will start off with 20 minutes of intuitive conversation followed by 20 minutes of energy healing and then the last 20 minutes will be discussing what your body communicated to her on a soul level.
