This appointment is to be selected for the first time you have come for this injury and claim number. **If your injury is a concussion please book a WorkSafe Concussion Initial for your first treatment:**
To be eligible you must be within 60 days of your date of injury and have a valid claim number.
Prior to your appointment you must speak with your employer and ensure they are aware that you are making a Worksafe BC claim. You are also REQUIRED to contact Worksafe BC 1.888.967.5377 prior to your first appointment. Please complete the Worksafe Consent form on your profile.
If your claim has not been approved by Worksafe BC you will be responsible for the cost of all appointments and products.
