For all patients. Intended for patients who have not seen our Athletic Therapists for more than 6 months or have a new injury or concern they would like assessed. We will complete a brief health and injury history combined with a physical examination. This hands-on assessment will evaluate movement, strength, mobility, and function to help guide a focused treatment and rehabilitation plan to assist in your recovery. Treatment will be included in this visit.

Most of this follow-up is spent moving and training — refining exercise technique, progressing or scaling the plan, and checking what changed since last time through a few targeted movement tests — so you leave knowing exactly what to keep doing before the next visit.
