During your Initial Virtual Naturopathic Consult, your naturopathic physician will conduct an extensive review of your health history. This includes an in-depth assessment of your lifestyle - diet, exercise, sleep and stress management; medical history, and family history. You will discuss your health concerns, health goals, and a comprehensive treatment plan will be initiated. Laboratory assessment will be ordered if relevant. Upon booking, instructions will be sent in your confirmation email so you know how to meet with your doctor at the time of your appointment.
