You can expect to learn, practice, and create an exercise program to address your primary concern or focus. Additional rehab techniques may be used: including focused soft tissue release (massage) and PNF stretching (active therapist assisted) in combination with corrective exercises to address muscle tension and dysfunction. These sessions are compatible with the Active Rehab Package.
