90 minIntegrative Somatic Therapy is a trauma centered practice of mindfulness & attunement. Working with sound, breath, movement/yoga, touch, ceremonial practices and somatic body orientating processes from the body's intuitive knowing we create a space where the body may return to it's natural state and knowing. This is deeply integrated work built from the here and now. Through these practices we establish a safe space, and support the client to ground and unwind lending to resourcing, expansion, discharge and integration.
