If you have been injured at work in last 90 days and need to be assessed please book this treatment. Please note that you need to have a valid WSBC claim number to avoid user fees. If you don't have a claim number yet you can still come in for the assessment but you will have to pay the private rate up front. Once you have your claim number you will be reimbursed for all fees paid.
