CLINIC HOURS
*Clinic hours are reflective of when we have reception (Mel) at the front desk. If your practitioner is seeing you outside of these hours the door will be locked and they will come get you when its time for you appointment!
Monday - 9:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday - 10:15am - 6:15pm
Wednesday - 12:45pm - 6:15pm
Thursday - 8:45am - 4:30pm
Friday - 8:30am - 2:30pm
Saturday + Sunday - closed
SUPPLEMENTS
Supplement refills can be completed by calling or texting 236-766-3153 or emailing hello@beamhealthkelowna.com
Local pick up at the clinic is available for supplements during clinic hours
Shipping is available throughout BC for $10
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
Prescription refills that take place outside of your regularly scheduled appointments are subject to a $35 fee
CANCELLATION POLICY
2 business days are required for changes or cancellations
Changes made during the cancellation period are subject to 50% of the appointment cost
No shows are subject to 100% of the appointment cost
INSURANCE
Direct billing is available for most BC insurance providers and ICBC
Please contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage
