Please join the waitlist if you cannot find an appointment. Cancellations frequently occur, so you may secure a time before what is currently available in the online booking system. Additionally, if you are a new client seeking an appointment, please email Shannon at shannon@betternowcounselling.com to request an appointment. Payment is required before your appointment begins. E-transfer to payments@betternowcounselling.com is the preferred payment method. Please note that a $5.00 discount will be applied to e-transfer payments made before your session time. Cash and debit are also accepted. Direct billing is available with certain benefits providers; however, payment is required upfront, and any reimbursements will be paid directly to you.
