This consult is a meeting to inform the nutritionist of any health issues/goals that you wish to address and discuss dietary requirements so that she can provide a complete meal plan with nutrition information, recipes, ingredients and shopping list for your ease of use.
These can be as general as a “One pan meal” or as specific as “Arthritis program” or “Immune Boosting program”.
The meal-plan will be delivered via email following the meeting.
