This appointment is required for ALL NEW PATIENTS age 11 years or younger. During this phone consult, information regarding your health concerns, medical history and health goals will be gathered. Please send in all current medications and supplements as well as recent blood/medical results reports AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time. This time slot will include the admin time at the end of your appointment (anywhere between 20-30 mins). The doctor's will spend this time preparing your treatment plan after the appointment ends. With an in-office visit, this is all done with you there. With the online video follow-up, you get on with your day faster while we take care of typing up your treatment plan and sending you the recommendations discussed behind the scene.
