I will be using a blend of Swedish massage techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, and gentle stretching using light to moderate pressure to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest system). During a portion of your treatment, I will be incorporating a calming and intentional scalp massage with gentle hair pulling using a warm oil blend to stimulate blood flow to the scalp, followed by a facial massage, and ending your treatment with reiki energy healing to send you off feeling fully rejuvenated *CAUTION: if you apply coconut oil too soon to freshly dyed hair (within 24–72 hours), it might interfere with how the pigment sets, especially if: ▸ You didn’t rinse the dye thoroughly ▸ You used a semi-permanent or direct dye (like Manic Panic, Arctic Fox, or Pulp Riot) So be sure to schedule your appointment accordingly as a precaution if you have vivid colours in your hair.
