The initial session begins with a comprehensive health intake, assessment, and discussion about your goals, lifestyle, any specific injuries, and other areas of concern. If indicated, additional consent forms will need to be reviewed, such as the consent to treat sensitive areas.
This allows me to design a treatment & plan that supports your unique needs.
This treatment draws on a blend of massage therapy techniques, which may include Swedish massage, fascial release, joint mobilizations, deep tissue work, hydrotherapy, and stretching, with a focus on increasing mobility, improving injuries, and relieving pain & tension.
Each session is guided by your comfort, consent, and therapeutic goals.
