We send a reminder of your apt 48-hours before. If you cannot make your apt at this time let us know and we will change or cancel for you. You must let us know by phone or by text to our main line. We no longer accept cancellations through email or Social media messaging.
We are adding new flexibility by allowing you to MOVE your apt up until 24hrs out. Any cancellation made within the 24-hour window are subject to a $52.50 cancellation fee.
Any NO notice or NO show appointment will be charged at the FULL rate of the appointment you missed.
In the event of an illness or emergency, work or child care conflict we ask you contact us directly and we’ll make exceptions upon an individual basis.
We are typically fair and forgiving, we ask that you respect that there are many other patients waiting for an appointment and giving us appropriate notice allows us to fill your spot.
