This treatment is the longest offering and is intended to promote a deeper state of relaxation and healing.
It is an opportunity to work on both the physical blockages and pain as well as the deeper emotional or energetic level. The longer time period allows the nervous system to re regulate and for you to relax. This will be the goal of this style of treatment.
It is all an opportunity to work on multiple aspects of the body, front and back, and/or side lying.
It will likely include Acupuncture, Acupressure, Cupping, Gua Sha, Herbs and/or Herbal Compress, Massage and Body work as required.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
