This is a spacious first session for new clients, focused on building relationship, understanding your story, and mapping the terrain of your healing.
We begin with a deep, attuned intake exploring your physical concerns, emotional patterns, life transitions, and the deeper threads you may be moving through. You are invited to arrive fully as you are.
Rather than jumping into doing, this session offers space to listen through the lens of body, psyche, and energy. Together we begin to track what’s alive in your system and where the work wants to go.
May include:
• Gentle acupuncture for grounding or regulation
• Breath or somatic resourcing
• Energetic clearing or light ritual
This session lays the foundation for our work together
anchoring trust, clarity, and the first step of your journey.
