This appointment is designed to gently support growing bodies through the many physical, emotional, and developmental changes children experience. Pediatric Manual Osteopathy can help support body awareness, nervous system regulation, relaxation, coordination, and recovery from the bumps and stressors that come with growth and activity. Treatments are always gentle, child-led, and adapted to each child’s comfort level. Children often respond very quickly to treatment, as their bodies tend to be more adaptable and there are often fewer long-standing patterns within the body.

Most of this first osteopathy visit is spent figuring out what’s really going on — talking through how the problem behaves, then checking how you move, bend and tolerate pressure — followed by hands-on treatment and a clear sense of the next steps you leave with.
