Paige is a Manual Osteopathic Therapist who offers gentle, integrative care rooted in an understanding of the body as an interconnected system. Her work supports the nervous system, fascia, and fluid dynamics to help clients move toward greater ease, balance, and resilience.
Paige’s path into osteopathy was shaped by her background in kinesiology, movement-based work, and firsthand experience with rehabilitation and injury recovery. Over the years, she navigated multiple sports injuries, chronic low back and jaw pain, autoimmune challenges, and extended interactions with the healthcare system—often finding little access to gentle, focused care. Discovering Manual Osteopathy was a game-changer for her, showing what truly responsive, whole-body care could do. These experiences inspire the way she works with clients, supporting them with compassion, education, and individualized treatment that fosters real understanding and agency in their own bodies.
Her treatments are tailored to each individual and may include Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Remodeling, Osteoarticulations, Visceral Manipulation, and Lymphatic Drainage. Paige places strong emphasis on nervous system regulation and fascial health, using gentle techniques well-suited for both acute concerns and longer-standing patterns.
Paige values collaboration and works alongside other healthcare practitioners to complement ongoing care. She also prioritizes education and body awareness, supporting clients in developing a deeper understanding of their bodies and the signals they provide, so that healing can extend beyond the treatment room.

(Ages 14+) A full Manual Osteopathic treatment focused on supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, heal, and restore balance. Treatments are individualized and may include a combination of osteoarticulations, myofascial remodeling, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and lymphatic techniques depending on your body’s needs that day.
(Ages 14+) This appointment is ideal if you are looking for a little extra time to fully unwind and settle into treatment. It can be especially supportive for clients on a monthly maintenance schedule, those experiencing higher stress levels, or anyone wanting more comprehensive support during their session. The additional time allows for a deeper treatment experience and more opportunity for the nervous system and body to relax.
(Ages 14+) This appointment is designed to gain a comprehensive understanding of your health story and how your body has adapted over time. We will go through an in-depth health history, discuss your current concerns, lifestyle, stressors, injuries, and patterns within the body so treatment can be tailored specifically to you. This allows me to create the most supportive and individualized approach possible while beginning hands-on treatment within the same appointment.
(Ages 14+) Lymphatic treatments are designed to support the movement of fluid throughout the body, helping to reduce congestion, support immune function, encourage detoxification, and calm the nervous system. This shorter follow-up option can be especially beneficial for clients wanting more consistent support between regular Manual Osteopathic treatments, as lymphatic work is often well tolerated and can gently encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
(Ages 2–13) This appointment is designed to gently support growing bodies through the many physical, emotional, and developmental changes children experience. Pediatric Manual Osteopathy can help support body awareness, nervous system regulation, relaxation, coordination, and recovery from the bumps and stressors that come with growth and activity. Treatments are always gentle, child-led, and adapted to each child’s comfort level. Children often respond very quickly to treatment, as their bodies tend to be more adaptable and there are often fewer long-standing patterns within the body.
(Ages 2–13) A gentle follow-up treatment focused on continuing to support your child’s growth, regulation, movement, and overall well-being. These treatments can be especially supportive for active children, children experiencing stress or anxiety, neurodivergent children, or those moving through periods of rapid growth and change. Sessions are calm, collaborative, and tailored to each child’s individual needs and comfort.
