We are so glad you have landed here. Some of our therapists are accepting new clients, please check by clicking on their photo. Please note if you book a session with a therapist who isn’t accepting new clients the appointment might have to be cancelled with short notice .
To start click on either the counsellor or service you are interested in (don’t worry you can always change it). Once you have selected a time you will receive a request to fill out an intake form. The therapist that you choose is the only one that will read this form. You need to have it filled out prior to your first session. Two days before your session you will receive a reminder of your session. Life happens and things change, make sure that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. When you book an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

To book an appointment online you will be required to enter your credit card information. Your information is stored in a secure system, irretrievable by counsellors or staff. It is kept on file for your convenience or in the case of an unpaid balance, no-show, or late cancellation.
If full coverage has been approved and communicated to us through your insurance provider, your credit card will not be charged.
If you wish to use your benefits, please check with your insurance company to determine if the counsellor you would like to see will be covered through your plan. More information on insurance benefits
