If it has been longer than 60 days since your last visit, you must schedule a 1-hour Subsequent Consultation. Ideal for clients seeking an accountability partner to keep them on track with their health goals with more regular check-ins.
Purpose: To provide an accountability check-in or to answer questions the client has about their personalized plans or nutrition & lifestyle goals.
Does not include meal or movement plans. This 30-minute option is stand-alone and not offered as part of any Nutrition packages.
