Our Anxiety Workshop includes 4 group sessions for 75 minutes: January 23rd, January 30, February 6th, February 13th, facilitated by one of our certified Registered Professional Counsellors. This workshop that will cover Support, Self Care, Treatment Strategies and Understanding Anxiety.
