This is a 50-minute counselling session for individuals with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). The "Initial Session" provides an opportunity for you and your counsellor to get to know each other establish a therapy plan that will best meet your needs. For new individuals who have not had a 30 minute free consultation the counsellor will also cover consent & confidentiality, your mental wellness concern, fees, and policies.
Please Note: A Counselling Intake Form must be completed prior to the Initial Session. If you will be attending with a partner or spouse both parties will need complete the form prior to the Initial Assessment.
