6 Month Weekly Self-Acceptance Package
My self acceptance coaching package is for you if you want to overcome your unworthiness, negative self-talk, shame, insecurity and more. Through our time together you will work towards unconditionally accepting all parts of you so that you can finally feel whole and at peace with who you are. You will learn tools and practice frameworks that will support you in creating lasting change long after our time together has completed.
- 24 weekly 60 minute coaching sessions over 24 weeks;
- Sessions available in person or online via zoom;
Email and message support in between sessions;
- Journal prompts / homework;
- BONUS: a follow up 30 min phone call 4 weeks after completion of program.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
