CAVE Mineral Spa - two people

This services includes: a private relaxation room, 30 minutes spent in the mineral bath, under the star lit sky, and relaxation time post-mineral bath with tea & treats from the Cafe. Spend time in CAVE Mineral Spa, which contains trace elements, minerals and vitamins, and has a deeply soothing effect on stiffness, pain, and inflammation, stress, fatigue, and general wellbeing. The experience is deeply relaxing and helps prepare the body for your service, allowing you to get deeper, and often faster, results from your treatment. A true hydrotherapy cycle includes 10-15 mins of warm water, followed by a few seconds of cold water, followed by 15-20mins of relaxation. It is a proven cycle that replenishes, re-energized, improves blood circulation, activates the lymphatic system to help detoxification, and if all that wasn’t enough it actively releases endorphins, the “feel good” hormones. Cave’s mineral bath experience incorporates a warm, mineral bath, followed by a cold shower, you can dip back into the tub for a few more minutes before finishing off with another cold shower before being led to your personal and private relaxation room.
