Concussion Assessment
A concussion assessment is a comprehensive evaluation performed by a physiotherapist trained in concussion management. During this appointment, we assess your symptoms, balance, coordination, neck function, eye tracking, dizziness, and cognitive responses to determine how the concussion is affecting you.
We will identify which systems are involved (e.g., vestibular/balance, visual, cervical spine) and create a personalized treatment and recovery plan. Education on safe return to work, school, and sport is also provided.
Early assessment and guided rehabilitation can help reduce recovery time and lower the risk of prolonged symptoms.
