Concussion treatment focuses on relieving symptoms and safely guiding your recovery. Your physiotherapist will create a personalized rehabilitation plan based on your assessment findings.
Treatment may include:
Vestibular therapy for dizziness and balance problems
Vision and eye-tracking exercises
Neck (cervical spine) treatment for headaches and stiffness
Gradual return-to-activity and exercise programming
Education and pacing strategies to manage symptoms
Our goal is to reduce symptoms, restore normal function, and support a safe return to work, school, and sport as quickly and safely as possible.
