If you have recently been involved in a motor vehicle accident and have an active SGI injury claim, please select this appointment type. This appointment includes a thorough physiotherapy assessment, injury evaluation, treatment planning, and any required SGI documentation and reporting.
This appointment type should also be selected if you are an existing physiotherapy patient with a new SGI-related injury, even if you have previously been seen for other conditions.
Please bring your SGI claim number to your appointment if available, as we are able to direct bill eligible treatments through SGI. If you have any questions, our team would be happy to assist you.
