Welcome to Collaborative Wellness.

We have two locations!

1 - Main office above Stir in Johnny’s Corner (this is where Karen/reception is). This is where the naturopaths (incl IV therapy), chiropractor, Erin Greaves (acupuncture) & pedorthist are.

2 - Across the parking lot, between Pets N’ Us and Billy’s Barbershop. This is where our RMTs, Tyree Hunter, Iris Hong (acupuncture) and Kaila Garcia are located.

A credit card is required for booking. Your card will not be charged unless you late cancel (within 48 business hours) or don’t show up for your visit, and then you will be charged the full fee without notification. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this policy.

PRACTITIONERS ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS -

1 - Dr. Mila Kostic-Damnjanovic, Naturopathic Doctor: Naturopathic care, IV and chelation therapy, and medical aesthetics. This includes Botox/Nuceiva, fillers, and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) skin treatments.

2 - Dr. Lauren Rea, Naturopathic Doctor: Naturopathic care, focus on sports medicine, athletic performance, chronic pain management and complex chronic diseases

3 - Dr. Sereena Uppal, Chiropractor: Adjustments, soft tissue mobilization, cold laser.

4 - Casey Bjorgum, Certified Pedorthist: Gait assessments, orthotics, and braces.

5 - Adam Getz, RMT: Registered massage therapy.

6 - Tyree Hunter: Non-registered (relaxation) massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping, acupressure scalp massage.

7 - Iris Hong, R.Ac.: Registered acupuncture and TCM.

8 - Erin Greaves, R.Ac.: Registered acupuncture and TCM.

9 - Kaila Garcia: Psychic Medium.
