Physiotherapy Orthotic Assessment
We offer orthotic assessments with both a chiropractor and a physiotherapist. Using Footmaxx technology and a review of your footwear, they’ll take a close look at your gait, pronation or supination, and center of pressure to make sure you get the right support.
If you don’t have private health insurance, you can book an appointment directly with the practitioner you prefer.
If you do have private health insurance, here are three quick things to check before booking your assessment:
1. Does your plan cover custom-made orthotics?
2. Do you need a doctor’s referral for coverage?
3. Does your plan allow a chiropractor, a physiotherapist, or both to "dispense" your orthotics?
