Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours notice. Your appointment has been specifically reserved for you in your practitioner’s schedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Thanks for your understanding.

We currently accept insurance claims including WorkSafe BC and ICBC, and can bill directly for MSP Premium Assistance, VAC, DND, RCMP and most extended medical insurance plans.
