This appointment will take place exclusively on the pilates equipment. Bring comfortable clothing for your session on the equipment. If you have grip socks, please bring those, as well.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
