Full Nervous System Reset
A great option for a more relaxing treatment. Treatment is delivered face-up the whole time with the option of a wedge for the legs/ upper back. There is an option to add an eye pillow & a weighted blanket. The table is heated. You focus on deep breathing and zoning out.
How does a session look?
We start with a 5-10 minute lymphatic flush, full head/ neck lymphatic treatment, deeper release techniques for the face/ jaw/ ears/ eyes (can include inside the mouth if wanted.) Then we move to a deep treatment of the hands & arms, belly (if wanted). Lastly, onto the feet and lower legs.
The room will be dark, music is calming. At the end, I will leave you to relax in the quiet for a few moments like a savasana at the end of a yoga class. I will then change the music so you can start to wake up and bring yourself around slowly.
Hands-on treatment will be approx 1 hour 20 mins, with the last 10 mins or so reserved for slowly coming around.
Who should try this treatment? Anyone suffering anxiety or chronic pain. Ensuring a relaxed nervous system can have a profound effect on overall pain levels even if the area you suffer with (e.g Low back) isn't even touched.
