Chiropractic Follow-Up Session: What to Expect
A chiropractic follow-up session is designed to monitor your progress, adjust your treatment plan as needed, and continue supporting your recovery and overall wellness. During the session, your chiropractor will review how you've been feeling since your last visit, assess your movement and spinal alignment, and perform any necessary adjustments to help reduce pain, improve function, and promote healing.
The session with adjustment, may also include soft tissue therapy, stretching, exercise guidance, or lifestyle advice to support your long-term health goals. Follow-up visits are typically shorter than the initial assessment and are tailored to your individual needs and response to care.
