Chiropractic First Visit (transferring patient - child)
For patients aged 10 and under who have been treated by me before but not at this location yet. Please fill out intake form in advance. You will have to sign a new consent form in person. Plan for 40 minutes at the clinic which includes updating your file, any additional tests, and a chiropractic treatment.

Most of this first chiropractic visit is spent figuring out what’s driving your issue — history, movement checks, posture, reflexes and hands-on testing — then, if it fits, some joint or soft-tissue work and a clear plan for what happens next.
