Gua Sha involves gently scraping the skin with a smooth, flat stone (often rose quartz or jade). This stimulates circulation of blood and qi (energy) and promotes healing.
It can be used on the face (for wrinkles, acne, puffiness) or on the body (neck tension and shoulder pain). This treatment does not require an initial consultation.

What it is
Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
