Community Acupuncture offers the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture in a group setting. Our treatment will be focused on relaxation and restoration. The class is 45min long and will be in a lying position on yoga mats. Comfortable and/or loose clothing (sweat pants, shorts, loose top) is encouraged. The acupuncture points used will be on legs, arms, abdomen, head and ears. Acupuncture helps to regulate your nervous system, alleviate pain, improve sleep, alleviate digestive problems and aid in relaxation. For one hour, you can soak up the benefits of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture for the ultimate way to relax and engage in self care! The yoga class will be the first half of event, and acupuncture will be at the end when participants are in savasana (lying on your back, relaxing!)
