Your RMT will guide and support you through various assisted stretches aiming to improve flexibility, range of motion and reduce muscle tension. Assisted stretching allows for deeper, more targeted stretches using specialized techniques to isolate and lengthen muscles as well as focusing on restricted fascia/connective tissue. This treatment can always be customized and complimentary graston technique, gua sha, dynamic/static cupping, RAPID NFR, hand/foot or neck massage may be included in your treatment.
