Support Group for Parents Living with Complex PTSD
This trauma-informed support group offers a compassionate space for parents living with complex PTSD to explore how trauma and attachment patterns show up in everyday parenting.
Through shared reflection, gentle psychoeducation, and practical tools, participants build greater awareness of their nervous system responses, increase self-compassion, and develop strategies to support regulation, repair, and connection with their children.
This group is not about perfection—it’s about healing, confidence, and knowing you’re not alone as you parent while healing.
