Enjoy Pilates within a judgement-free space, gain insight on how to address persistent or new injuries, or deepen your practice with precise, personalized attention. These sessions provide a safe and supportive space for family and friends to move with purpose. Following the completion of your first semi-private class as a group, your instructor will tailor your classes to your individual and group needs, making it fun, inclusive, and an enjoyable workout for all!
Direct insurance billing through PHYSIOTHERAPY benefits are available for all private and semi-private Pilates sessions.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
