For UNDER 12 years old, our Youth Initial appointment is a one-on-one assessment and includes a collection of medical history, physical testing, and treatment planning. Please book this option if it is your first visit to the clinic, if you have a new injury, or if it has been over 1 year since your last appointment AND are under 12 years of age.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
