Chiropractic Comprehensive Women's Health Consultation and Assessment
Book this appointment with Dr. Klein if you are a new patient to her practice. Dr Klein will review a comprehensive health history and find out your unique challenges and desired outcomes. This visit may or may not include chiropractic treatment dependent on your need; some patients prefer a detailed holistic health consultation with next steps to move forward. This appointment is for women who are experiencing a fertility health journey, unremitting chronic pain, autoimmune disease, or are perimenopausal/menopausal and want a tailored approach to women's health. There will be a stress survey and more detailed intake sent to be completed before this visit.
