Our treatment platform has been built around exercise, education and manual therapy. During your physiotherapy treatment session there will be hands-on therapy that may include an internal examination. Additionally, we provide education like potential school or work modifications, pain management strategies for home and progressive exercises. Our education and exercise programs are unique to YOU! All of programs are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. We share many electronic resources during your treatment sessions to make sure you understand your diagnosis and ensure you are confident with your exercises. You will also receive electronic links to our exercise APP or through email so you are able to review your exercises at home.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
